Delete your Neko Sensei account

Delete it in the app

Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently erases your account and all of your learning data. It can't be undone, and we can't restore it afterwards.

Ask us to delete it

If you can't sign in to reach that screen, email us and we'll take care of it for you. We respond to data requests within 30 days.

What we delete and what we keep

When you delete your account, we permanently erase your personal information and learning history. Vocabulary cards that were generated from words you requested remain in our shared content library, but they are no longer associated with you. Backups and crash diagnostics may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.
